By creating an account or using Royal Books Hub ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Royal Books Hub is a marketplace where authors publish, promote, and sell ebooks directly to readers.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Authors may upload books only if they own the copyright or have permission to publish the work, the book doesn't violate applicable law, and the listing is accurately described and categorized. We review every submission and reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing.
We permit legal adult content intended only for readers 18 and older. Authors must accurately mark books containing explicit sexual content as 18+. Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors, or any illegal sexual material, is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately, with the account permanently banned and reported where required by law.
Authors retain full ownership of their work. By uploading a book, you grant Royal Books Hub a non-exclusive license to display, market, and deliver purchased copies of it. We never take ownership of your work.
When a sale completes, payment is received by Royal Books Hub, our commission is deducted, and the remaining balance is sent to the author's PayPal account. Commission rates and any discounted rates from premium writer plans are shown in your account.
Authors set their own selling price, subject to admin approval at listing time. We may run promotional discounts only with the author's permission.
Because ebooks are digital goods, purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We'll consider refunds for duplicate purchases, corrupted files, failed downloads, or technical failures on our end — contact us if any of these happen.
You agree not to share, resell, redistribute, or upload purchased ebooks elsewhere, including to piracy sites. Purchased books are licensed for your personal reading only.
Respect other people's intellectual property. If you believe your copyrighted work was uploaded without authorization, contact us with enough detail for us to investigate.
Don't commit fraud, upload malicious software, attempt to compromise the platform, upload illegal content, harass other users, or infringe copyright.
We may suspend or permanently terminate any account for violating these Terms, fraud, or illegal conduct.
Royal Books Hub is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for temporary service interruptions, loss of profits or data, or third-party payment failures (including PayPal).
Your use of Royal Books Hub is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
